Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan profil keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran fisika menggunakan worksheet dan problemsheets berorientasi keterampilan berpikir kritis menggunakan multimodus representasi pada materi alat optik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 siswa SMA/MA kelas X. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan hasil bahwa Worksheet dan problemsheet yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan kategori peningkatan sedang. Sebanyak 22 % dengan kategori peningkatan rendah, 75 % siswa dengan peningkatan sedang, dan 3 % siswa dengan kategori peningkatan tinggi.
